I gave birth to my 2 boys here. Each time had the most dedicated and friendliest midwives, nurses and doctors. I felt super comfortable and well taken care of. Thanks to these amazing professionals who are giving their best every single day ❤️❤️
I strongly suggest to avoid treatment in dental department unless it is an absolute emergency and you have no other immediate option. Please choose a professional, experienced dentist. In particular, avoid getting your cavities treated by inexperienced students working with very limited (almost negligible) supervision. They often do not fully understand/listen to patients’ concerns and may proceed with treatments based on what they want to practice for their learning. While this may benefit them as students, it can be a nightmare for patients. Honestly, I can hardly eat on one side now. In the name of cavity removal, they treated teeth on both sides, even though I had no pain before. Now my teeth feel very weak when I eat, as if they might break at any time, and I experience pain after eating. My sincere advice is to go to an experienced dentist to protect your future dental health. Otherwise, you may end up regretting it, just as I do. I wish all these students good luck in their studies but I might never visit them for treatment again.
I have been to this hospital many times. This is one of the best hospitals in the world. It's well maintained and organized. The staff is friendly with foreigners and can speak very good English. I was admitted in the ER department for one night. The doctors and nurses took really good care of me and I can't thank them enough.
I used the 'spoed' (Accident and emergency) underground parking. Everything went well as usual, it's a very well run hospital. However, if you want to pay for spoed parking using cash this is only possible at the payment terminal located on the ground floor. Floors -1 and -2 only accept card payment. Worth noting to avoid frustration.
The worst experience of my entire life. An ambulance car brought me there because i couldn’t move at all - lower back pain. The blonde female doctor was terribly rude, told me thats it’s okay, it’s nothing, that she doesn’t see any red flags, even though i was not able to move at all! Not the X-ray, not the MRI! Gave me painkillers and sent me home on my own! I wasn’t even able to sit because of the pain! I ended up going back to my home country after a week of constant pain, when i was finally able to sit a little, there they did the MRI and they found out i have TWO slipped discs? That is not a red flag for the belgian doctor? Ridiculous. Keep treating people like that and we all will be healthy!
