Complaint about treatment and communication with Dentist Mulier in Kortenberg. I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the treatment and service I have received at your practice over the past few months. First, I would like to report that I was helped several times by interns who did not place a filling correctly. Within a week, the filling fell out each time, which is naturally frustrating and undermines my confidence in healthcare. I had to go to the dentist three times to have a tooth filled. In addition, I had a problem with my implant, but instead of immediately scheduling an appointment with a specialist or implantologist, I was repeatedly rescheduled with interns. This resulted in a loss of time and no results. Only after several appointments did it become clear that no one could truly help me. Instead of consulting a specialist, Dr. Mulier tried to reattach the loose crown himself, but that was unsuccessful. He then told me to simply wait until the crown loosened on its own. This advice worries me, because long-term instability of a crown can damage the implant. He then asked the dentist to schedule an appointment for me, but said it wasn't urgent. When I asked why, he replied that there were other patients. Furthermore, a staff member called me and literally told me I had my implant placed cheaper abroad, and that I should therefore return there for further treatment, not at their practice. I find this response highly unprofessional. If your practice is unable to resolve an implant problem, this should have been communicated honestly and clearly from the outset—not after waiting two months and several failed appointments. I could have found someone else during that time and prevented further damage. Moreover, I don't feel taken seriously as a patient.
