Hello, I just wanted to let you know that the phone call went far from what I expected. I'm a recently turned 18-year-old autistic man, and I asked how things were going regarding an appointment for my girlfriend, who is also 18 and autistic. The woman on the line initially sounded very pleasant but quickly shifted her emotions. I completely understand the lack of new patients, but this could certainly be done in a much more pleasant way. I felt very uncomfortable. I think that, even if I'm not a regular patient, I should have been treated with a more friendly tone. I already have difficulty talking on the phone, and this didn't make it any easier. In my opinion, saying "Thank you bye" and then immediately hanging up isn't a respectful way to end the conversation. This problem has happened before, as you can see from the other reviews. Hopefully, those who want to make an appointment will read this and think carefully.
Extremely dissatisfied, very rude woman (wife of?) on the phone. Communication unacceptable and unprofessional. Unbelievable! Addendum to the owner's review: This was absolutely not communicated this way. I called to make an appointment. They said they would check with the dentist when the appointment could take place and that they would call me back. It was no problem at that point that my daughter would come along. A very friendly woman on the phone, someone from the office. After a week, still no news, so I contacted the woman on the phone again. It turned out she assumed I had expected them not to call back? This was done in a very rude tone. That's absolutely unacceptable. My jaw literally dropped. Very disappointing.
Extremely satisfied with dentist R. Rolies. I've encountered few dentists who were so calm and caring. He was also very good with my children: he reassured them and joked with them. They enjoy going to the dentist. Thank you!
