Very satisfied with the professional practice. I've been a client for over seven years. This is the first dentist I've had nothing but positive experiences with. I haven't encountered any problems during longer appointments, procedures, or checkups. Everything is explained very clearly (this sometimes hit hard during the initial consultations, but for me, this was a positive sign that nothing was being glossed over). They go above and beyond to resolve all issues. Tips & tricks are provided when needed, and these are easy to follow to avoid further problems!
Guy Beeckman was the on-call dentist this long weekend, but he didn't feel like helping me. He didn't think it was serious enough. GUY, just a reminder if you sign up as an on-call dentist: If a filling falls out, it's wise to contact an on-call dentist as soon as possible, especially if you're in pain or the tooth is damaged. A lost filling can lead to further damage to the tooth, and an on-call dentist can help you prevent this.
She's very thorough and provides clear explanations and advice. She puts children at ease. She's always friendly and punctual. A modern practice.
I went to this dentist's office two days ago. I had mild gum disease, but the harsh and painful cleaning method made it much worse. Since then, I've had a lot of pain in my gums and even ear problems. I don't feel I received the right treatment and I regret going to this practice.
On November 7th, I had an appointment for a broken tooth, of which only a small portion remained, almost only the root. It cost €255. She literally tugged at my cheeks while inserting the mouthpiece. When she was about to start on the top tooth, I told her it was the bottom tooth. A tooth had to be extracted. She administered an injection and got to work without waiting. I felt the pain during the procedure, so I reacted, but she continued, saying this was normal. When I continued to react, she administered the second injection and resumed without waiting. I felt the pain of the procedure very intensely. After extracting the tooth, she said there was an infection under the tooth and began pushing hard into it. Her movements were very forceful. My mouth was full of blood; I wanted to spit it out, but she literally wouldn't let me! She told me to swallow it and that nothing would happen! She didn't even put a tampon in the spot where the blood was coming out. When she finished, she pulled the apron off me as if she were roughly ripping it off. I kept spitting on the way. I'll never go back; it felt like I was in a BUTCHER'S SHOP!
