She accommodated us within 2 days of making an appointment whereas all the other doctors we fill for the next 6 months. She even waited for us an we were 40 min late. Got professional service as well. Too pleased

My review only concerns the accessibility of the practice, unfortunately I did not get any further. Called several times a day for an appointment for days in a row, always put on hold. I would happily wait on the phone for half an hour or longer if it was busy, but that was not possible. After waiting for a while, the connection was automatically disconnected with the message to try again later. So I sent an email, as recommended on the website. Response: none. This practice was recommended to me by my GP, unfortunately I had to find another practice. I can understand if there is no room, or if there is a patient stop. However, I find it rude to simply ignore it and it cost me 2 weeks unnecessarily because I was waiting for a response.

Great practice, everyone is incredibly friendly and customer-focused. Wonderful midwives and highly skilled gynecologists.
