I had an appointment with André with my stepfather (80 years old, he doesn't speak). The doctor was very friendly, caring, and took plenty of time with the patient. He even gave me a free pair of glasses. Thank you!

You make a special appointment with Greet Coppens after reading the reviews and in the end you get a disrespectful André who sighs at everything and doesn't even bother to answer a "good evening". Never again, neither Greet nor André, both unprofessional.
I agree that André Coppens needs to find motivation, sigh less when listening to his patient, and seek a solution to the problem with renewed courage without dismissing it as trivial. For example, I need to find another specialist who will offer solutions to my eye problems. Sigh.
