1 star for the head of the dermatology department .. that person is absolutely out of place there .. listening to patients is not his "specialty" so how can he help his patients like that? And this, asking 25€ as a salary supplement .. it is not worth it. No, I do not recommend him at all.
We didn't need to be there at all, but because the GP had sent us to the medical centre we just stood there painting and eventually we were sent to the hospital itself! That's what happens when you've never been here before because I came from a completely different region, where it was much easier for me, but... thanks to the friendly staff this all turned out nicely
Very friendly staff at this day clinic/medical center, as was the doctor I consulted. However, the building is outdated, the layout completely illogical, and poorly maintained. The restroom on the first floor was unworthy of a medical building. Also, at the registration desks, one of the three desks was broken, and everyone was crammed into a cramped space. A breeding ground for bacteria. It's in urgent need of renovation!
I've been waiting 40 minutes for my appointment. I didn't receive an email to notify me of my appointment, even though I was clearly told on the phone that it would be sent. Because of this, I missed my appointment, which was scheduled months in advance.
