I initially had a good experience with this dermatologist. During the coronavirus pandemic, I had an appointment to have a spot removed. Because I was very sick with COVID, I forgot to cancel. Afterward, I called back to reschedule, and the dermatologist threatened that if I did this again, I would never get another appointment. This was the first time this had ever happened. Anyway, I made the appointment with the dermatologist. He was going to remove the spot and said he would do it according to the book so everything would heal completely, so I had faith in him. When I got to the appointment, he had to repeatedly repeat that I hadn't been to the previous appointment, which wasn't my intention at all, but the doctor didn't seem to understand. Then the doctor removed the stitches, or rather, a few. After that, I had to go to the doctor because the wound was completely infected. It turned out there were still two stitches in it, which were very visible. I couldn't see them because it was on my back. He had nothing to say about it, and to him, it was perfectly normal. When the stitches were removed, I was left with a hole 2 centimeters in diameter and 1 centimeter deep. Because of this, I had to call the home nurse to take care of this for four weeks. After that, I'm going for a check-up with this doctor. Because he's so punctual with his appointments and lacks understanding, he was 30 minutes late himself. That was all normal, though. So the scar is no longer a line but a circle. I thought it would go according to plan, but then we both have different perspectives on this.
