Dr. Brouckaert Muriel is an outstanding dermatologist. I have been seeing her for several years now, and she is by far the most professional and competent specialist I’ve met. She always takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and provides treatments that truly work. She has also helped both of my daughters with their skin issues, and the level of care has always been warm, reassuring, and highly knowledgeable. You can really feel that she cares and that she has deep expertise in dermatology. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dermatologist who combines experience, precision, and excellent patient care.
I had an excellent experience at Dr. Brouckaert’s hospital practice. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. The doctor took their time to listen to my concerns and provided thorough and clear explanations about my skin condition and treatment options. The office was clean and well-appointed, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I felt confident in the care I received and would highly recommend this dermatologist to anyone looking for top-notch skin care.
I had an appointment with this doctor following a facial irritation, and it was terrible. She had no bedside manner, she didn't explain my condition- which I am unsure she even knew what it was- she gave me absolutely no treatment or diagnosis. Instead she shamed me for using too many cosmetics without providing alternatives and sent me on my way with a simple solution- to stop using anything.
I visited her in Saint-Jean hospital for a dandruff issue impacting my eyes. She was very very aggressive and dismissive.. Without even looking, she said everything is normal.. moreover, her English is terrible, she couldn’t understand 20% of what I was saying… terrible experience, waste of my time!
The secretary (sounded like a middle aged man) is unfriendly, quite rude.
