Consultation with Dr. Andreevscaia in June for a routine checkup. She immediately took the situation seriously, with great calm and kindness. The procedure was planned and performed today. A very strange experience... I couldn't get a word in edgewise or talk about my skin problems (which is why I came). The dermatologist told me she was running late because she had spoken to all her patients about a problematic healthcare reform. She then went on and on about it non-stop because she was so preoccupied. I had to interrupt her to ask for specific advice about one issue, and then I didn't dare ask about the rest. I paid €60, but I still have two problems I couldn't show her. Because she was so distracted, even though I completely understand her concern about the reform, I couldn't ask my health-related questions. My partner, who had gone the day before, had the same experience, and he didn't even dare mention what I had come for in the first place. Dermatologist appointments are difficult to get, and if we're not even given an appointment when we're seen and can't even get proper treatment, it's a shame... So I'll have to make an appointment for two people as soon as possible for the rest of my problems, but with someone else... Money down the drain...
Received at the end of June, I share the same opinion as Ms. Céline Ancre. I experienced the same scenario...almost like being brainwashed. And the promised reimbursement from my health insurance was never received. My first question was: Do you have supplemental insurance? I'm running away and have made an appointment with another dermatologist, but the wait is long.
