I had an excellent experience with Dr. Bruderer. He is a very professional, attentive, caring, and reassuring doctor. He really takes the time to explain things clearly and answer all questions. I felt confident from the start.
My experience with this doctor was very disappointing. His attitude was haughty, sometimes even mocking, and I felt completely unheard and unrespected as a patient. He took no time to reassure me or clearly explain the situation, giving the impression that he simply wanted to end the consultation as quickly as possible. A minimum of humanity and empathy is essential in this profession, and unfortunately, it was sorely lacking here. I do not recommend this doctor.
