Excellent dermatologist: professional, very punctual, clearly explains each step, and is incredibly gentle. Being extremely sensitive to pain, I felt absolutely nothing during the minor procedures! Impeccable hygiene, reassuring care, great professionalism, and a touch of humor too—everything is perfect. Nothing but positive things to say; I highly recommend her!

Not welcoming or smiling, doesn't put you at ease; you have to undress down to your underwear, which is very awkward. Appointments are scheduled extremely early, so you have to adapt to her schedule or she gets angry. She panics over nothing and doesn't care when you're in pain. Make an appointment with Fabrice Bourdeaud'hui instead.
Doctor doesn't listen at all, minimizes the facts. She's not welcoming or even smiling. She gives you the same advice as a TikTok influencer. Don't waste your time.
