It is impossible to take an appointment. It will take only 5 minutes to take an appointment on call. Instead, I try to fix a date with email back and forths! Do you really have such plenty of time for this inefficiency? I have no time indeed!!! Plus, the majority of the staff at the reception is very rude. I feel very stress every time I visit. I give up today! Life is too short to handle these unwelcoming faces.
I was already a patient, but when I needed care the most, I was told I couldn’t schedule an appointment because I was considered a "new patient." Very disappointing. They could have at least taken the time to check their system properly. Not the kind of support you expect when you're relying on them.
David Norre and his team are the best dentists in Belgium, innovative, the quality of work and the materials they work with are world class, they explain everything to the patients very carefully and make them feel calm and in safe hands. I have been their patient for years and I am extremely grateful for the professionalism and attentiveness, the hygiene is at a very high level and the place is very beautiful and modern. Our children always go there from the age of 2, with pleasure and without fear, because children's dentists are very kind and make every child feel good during the visit. I recommend both for adults and small children!

The best dentist ever! Very organized setting, friendly staff, top service! 💯 Shout out to Dr.Benn, she’s highly professional and has a very soft touch, I didn’t feel any pain at all.
