I honestly do not understand the previous bad reviews. Diane was very professional in my opinion, very clean and I had a generally good experience at her office. She will definitely see me again!!!!
The office was clean and I was able to get in right away. However, I have a crown that I know something is wrong with. She put a cement filling or something similar but did not fix the issue. I was abroad for a couple months and had to suffer with the crown being broken or at least the upper cement portion is broken. When you know that there is a problem and are not listened to, it makes things worse. I will not go back.
She is very careful and takes her time. Also I am impressed with her punctuality. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

My first encounter with the lady and my impressions. I was allowed in immediately, ahead of my appointment. The lady was calm and gave me the information I needed. It's true that the lady isn't very talkative, but we're not at a bar. The lady was clear about the price and any future treatment that might be necessary. A positive first experience for a difficult patient.
