Interesting. They ask all personal data and only at the last step after 15 minutes data input the system informes that the earliest appointment date is 3 months later. I suggest to review what info to be asked to clients first.
GDPR non compliant - they ask so much personal information for just checking the available dates for appointment.
Excellent doctor, very attentive, and very friendly. She provides a lot of information. I highly recommend her.
For years, we have all been followed by Dr. Verhulst, my children, my husband, and I. She has always taken the time to listen, to understand, and to diagnose as best as possible. We have gone through small but also very big problems. The doctor certainly saved my husband's life by detecting, during a simple check-up for one of our daughters, a cancerous melanoma in my husband. So yes, the wait times are very long... But health requires patience and in an emergency, all you have to do is call the doctor and request an appointment urgently.
The appointment time is not respected. I already had to wait 2 months because there were no slots available before, and today I was asked to wait 30 minutes for a consultation that was going to last 20 minutes, even though I arrived a good 5 minutes before my appointment.
