I went twice and I was very happy with their services given and advise given. I even took my son here as our previous dentist is located too far away from home.
A warm welcome - friendly and professional. The dentist does a great job (N. Deknopper) - a broken tooth was repaired last year, and I had my annual checkup today.
I was very pleased with my first visit. I received a very friendly welcome, and I had to fill out a form beforehand to set up my profile. I was seen immediately and was out again at the scheduled time. The check was thorough, and all my questions were answered carefully. If you're coming by car, there's also ample parking in the back.
Third time in a row something's gone wrong there. Months ago, I had my first appointment to have a tooth pulled. I was given anesthesia, half my face was asleep. Then they told me they weren't going to pull the tooth. Afterward, I had a treatment to remove all the calcium. The tooth broke off. Now, today, I have an appointment at 2 p.m. to finally have that one tooth pulled. Took time off. I get a call at 1:10 p.m. to say the appointment is canceled because I have to take antibiotics first. What a mess there!!!! Testaankoop will get a nice text.
Second appointment in a row with a delay of more than 20 minutes. No warning and no apology.
