Outstanding staff. I brought my daughter. Nurses took the time to understand the issue, communicated well with the doctor who took the time again to listen about the signs. The pediatrician was outstanding, very kind, patient and precise in the diagnostic. They're open 24h.
Waited for a whole hour for a certain ophtalmologist lady, Mrs. Ariane FRERE. A freaking hour. If I haven't had come on time, I could have understood. But no, I came on time. 10 minutes early for my appointment. I informed the desk to ask where she is, she said "she's here but you have to wait". Don't we all have stuff to do as well? I left the hospital without waiting any longer. Funny thing is, they give us a survey to fill out whether the patients liked the hospital's service hahahahaha, I'm going to fill it out pretty well! Thanks Tivoli!
The worst! Have been waiting for a laboratory report for the last six hours though it takes 1hour maximum. The doctors says twenty minutes more and then come back again after hours and ask for more time. Big shame for a hospital of this size
Excellent Back School. Forget the local physiotherapist if it doesn't help and sign up here instead. What they do is exactly one needs to improve to retrain muscles and learn exercises you can do at home so minimize or make any back pain go away.
Our first son was born here in 2004. We were there for a week. They made it an amazing experience. The staff took very good care of our family.
