Dr. Kersten is an excellent cardiologist, good communication, willing to dig deep to arrive at an accurate diagnosis. Strongly recommend.
Small medical center with four cardiologists, including a pediatric specialist. There's also a dermatologist, a neurologist, and a nutritionist. It's difficult to give an overall opinion; I would need to have been treated by most of the doctors, which, thankfully, isn't the case for me. The dermatologist is excellent. She treated me for minor surgery, and it was impeccable. Very experienced. The setting is very pleasant and welcoming.
I can confirm the extremely unpleasant telephone reception. This person has no place in a customer service department. Therefore, 4 stars instead of 5, because the cardiology center itself is very competent.
The appointment was quite quick, and the reception staff were friendly and efficient. Dr. Malerba was very professional and kind. He took the time to check everything in detail and answer all my questions. I highly recommend him.
Appalling telephone reception. No help received from a stubborn and unhelpful person on the other end. This is a shame, as it certainly doesn't reflect the quality of services provided by the practitioners. The procedure definitely needs to be reviewed.
