A gynecologist I highly recommend because she is compassionate, a great listener, reassuring, and very available for her patients. She truly takes her profession to heart. She was present during my emergency C-section even though she wasn't on call. She understood my fears and didn't hesitate to come and reassure me and deliver my daughter. Later, during a routine checkup, she detected something suspicious. She immediately investigated further and referred me to a surgeon friend of hers who operated on me the following week. I was very pleased with gynecologist Smaali the two times I had appointments with her. She listened to me without judgment and advised me on having an IUD inserted. When it was inserted, she explained everything to me, etc. In short, very good. However, I've been trying to make an appointment since March, which is very easy because she's readily available and can be done online. BUT she canceled twice at the last minute, the very morning of the appointment, without any excuse. The only message I received was: "Hello, I have an emergency. I can't come today. Thank you." "Emergency," I can understand, even though I've made an appointment twice in a row but received no excuses... And one last thing: I explained to her that I needed her email address to send her the insurance company's form for reimbursement for the IUD because I hadn't received anything. The doctor's response: "Good evening, normally yes." Anyway, it's been two weeks since I made the request...
