I am not giving an opinion on the doctor, whom I have not met, but on the secretary of this office. In mid-November, I called to make an emergency appointment because my doctor suspected a lesion that could become cancerous. The secretary told me that the doctor was no longer taking new patients, which I was not, having consulted him a few years earlier, but I am no longer on the lists. She assured me that she would call me within 15 days. At the beginning of December, having had no news, I called again and got an answering machine telling me that the office was closed for 15 days. What a lack of consideration for patients. Fortunately, I was able to get an emergency appointment at another office that was understanding and concerned about patients.
