1. Since zero stars aren't an option, I'm giving this one. I had a Holter monitor test and, like many other patients, I never received the results (my parents and I made the mistake of not checking reviews). I called and left numerous voicemails, but I never received a response except once, when I was told to call back the next day, which I did, and I still received no answer. I always left my contact information in two-thirds of the messages. I even went to the office, where I was told I would receive the results within 24 hours, which never happened. I am angry and disappointed. I thought I could finally make progress on my health issues, but that hasn't been the case. How can they treat their patients like this? I agree with the one-star reviews. I do not recommend this practice. Not to mention that I only kept the device on me for twenty hours (I have proof) whereas that's a day and a night.
A very good and attentive doctor. We were visiting with my elderly father, and she examined us thoroughly, even despite our poor French. She patiently explained everything to us, even switching to English. Thank you so much for your work! I highly recommend her. It's true that we waited 40 minutes for our appointment, but anything can happen.
Hello Like many others, I've been waiting for my latest results since September. A 2-hour drive each way for this! I went back to the office yesterday, they promised an email with the results, but still nothing. The email address is invalid. They don't answer the phone! Definitely not recommended.
My usual cardiologist having stopped practicing, I had to find a new specialist quickly, despite the long wait times in the region. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of the appointment obtained with Dr. Buckens. Not only is the office well maintained and the welcome pleasant, but the Doctor showed great listening to my concerns. recommend it
