They'd already warned me, but I had little choice but to go there because it was the pharmacy on duty. He might come up with a response to my review, but the people are right. Stay away, this man has no empathy. You feel mistreated and even a bit surreal when you step outside. A terrifying experience.
The staff are very unfriendly and rarely smile, and they don't try to solve your problems. The opening hours are inconvenient, and the pharmacy is not easily accessible if you have a stroller.

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. Second TERRIBLE and unacceptable experience. I needed antibiotics for an URGENT and VERY PAINFUL problem, ordered on-site. I was told they would be available by 6 p.m. When I arrived, I learned they had sold it to someone else. Because of this, I had to buy a generic, and I even had to pay extra for it! This is the second time this has happened to them. Mast Pharmacy is anything but a "customer-focused pharmacy."
I've ordered several medications and they never delivered them. No text message is sent to keep the customer informed... so we were left stranded...
