Very friendly stuff all of them. I frequent this place quite often with all necessary stuff for travel and home care. They not only sell products, they recommend alternatives, ask for specific symptoms and consider early medical appointments in Belgium for vaccines for special travel destinations. Absolut recommended. Never got out without a smile. 😉
I haven’t really experienced the same as some of the comments here. The lady in the pharmacie was very helpful and nice. I couldn’t find the specific product I needed, so she ordered for me and I went to pick up the next day. I think sometimes if people feel mistreated, it might be possible that you haven’t shown enough positive energy either, as I believe such things are mutual in both way……

Their prices are really a scam. For a box of Nerofen 400 and a Voltaren 2% 100 gram they charged more than 37 euros! That is about 50% more (!!) than the maximum recommended prices from the producer.
The worst service I have experienced. I had a COVID-19 test made in the pharmacy. While one of the pharmacist was really kind and helpful, the one who performed the test was really rude. I have asked the pharmacist who was taking a sample to be a bit more gentle (she was pushing inappropriately strong), she pretended not to hear and pushed even stronger into my other nostril. When I complained, she treated me with full disrespect. I would never return to this pharmacy even though they speak English.... keep this in mind if you are about to be having a COVID-19 test made at a pharmacy.
