They’re always closed during their ‘opening hours’
We've been coming here for several years now. The service is very friendly and we get advice whenever we ask. The computer software has also been improved recently, and everything runs more smoothly. You can also reserve everything in advance. Parking is available at Becker Remyplein, and if it's not too busy, it's free. You do have to be back at your car within 15 minutes.
If I know what I need in advance, I'll email or call first to reserve the products I want to buy. This shortens the time of your visit and also ensures that the products are in stock. Of course, it can still happen that products are out of stock. But reordering has always been possible, and I've always received friendly assistance.
The lady was friendly, but I had to wait far too long (55 minutes) and the order wasn't ready. At first, she wanted to send me home, but then, out of pity, she changed her mind. She couldn't do anything about it; she was on her own, which is unacceptable in these times. Everything had to be done quickly, which ultimately led to an incorrect delivery of medication for my 8-month-old baby. The dosage was twice as strong as prescribed. In short: there wasn't much the lady could do about it; she was overworked, and behind me, there were 20+ people waiting outside... This needs to be resolved urgently...
I was greeted and helped by a young woman in a friendly manner. However, her male colleague joined in on our conversation and started bringing up all sorts of potential medical issues related to my sore throat. Something I personally would rather see a doctor for.
