Atrociously rude!
Two weeks after a visit to Dr. Deconinck, who had prescribed new glasses, I requested another prescription because my new glasses had been broken at school. Through her call center, she demanded a new consultation, and that's when we discovered the prescription was incorrect! Outrageous. She's an arrogant person who only cares about money. She never apologized for prescribing the wrong lenses. This bad experience happened about six years ago. I never went back.
Only interested in money. Don't expect a bit of gentleness from your child, she's incapable of it... And she doesn't take the time, it has to parade in her office... Too bad for this lack of humanity!
