January 12, 2026 3 figures: 50; 6; 80 50 minutes late - A receptionist on her lunch break and no one to open the door for patients. A visually impaired and disoriented patient stood in the waiting room waiting for her taxi after her appointment. 6 minutes of examination only to be told that X-rays wouldn't be very useful since I had a tennis match that evening (a great way to make up for lost time). 80 euros for the consultation. The receptionist was supposed to contact me to reschedule my appointment... This dermatology clinic is a money grab!
My visit to the center went very well. A very pleasant welcome, with virtually no waiting time. My first meeting with Dr. Creusot was very positive; she immediately put me at ease and is very conscientious. My next checkups will be there.
Very quick consultation with a fairly cursory examination. The treatment was explained to me orally, but the pace of speech was very rapid and there was a lot of information to remember. Wanting to get the protocol in writing to ensure I was following the treatment correctly, I contacted the center. Unfortunately, the telephone reception was particularly unpleasant: the secretary was unreceptive and unprofessional. It's a shame, because a little more clarity and friendliness would have really helped me understand better and feel supported.
I had a carcinoma removed today, and it went very well. I especially wanted to highlight the secretary's smile, patience, and great kindness! She never stops for a minute! It's wonderful. Thank you!
