Dr. Van Den Haute was from the start very unwelcoming and cold. On the website it says that she speaks English but when I asked her if English is OK she seemed annoyed and said she speaks only little English. Moreover, it was my first time there and when I came to register at the reception no one told me that I was supposed to get some stickers. Dr. Van Den Haute was 25mins late for the appointment and when she realized that I didn't have the stickers she was very annoyed and rude to me. She made me feel bad and I didn't feel comfortable to proceed with the examination. As a patient you are by default in a vulnerable position, especially if you are seriously concerned about your health and doctors should take care to keep a minimum level of decency when addressing their patients.
