For this review I really hope there was an option not to select any star, but unfortunately this is the minimum. I did a hair removal laser session 19days ago. I feelt burning pain during the session, but the nurse told me it's normal. I had red spots on my legs after the session, but she told me is normal and gave me some cream to apply at my legs. Unfortunately the day after this became even worse, the red spots bacame bigger and bigger, the skin puffed and created like air pockets. I took some pictures and wrote an email to the clinic. They answered that this is normal, I should not expose myself in the sun, not scratch my legs and apply another gel that I could buy in pharmacy without prescription. I booked an appointment with another doctor, because I was in serious pain. The doctor told me that this was burning of third category and I was lucky not to have an infection, otherwise it was going to be even more difficult. My doctor prescribed me cortisone cream and a smooth cream for after burning, after this medication I will start another phase to regenerate my skin with a different medication. I wrote an email to the clinic with all the details and I canceled my appointments. They did not even respond to apologize, or to invite for a meeting/consultation. I should have sue them in the court for damage and close this clinic immediately! Dear readers, please read the reviews before booking any meeting with them!
I've been there once few years ago which went very well and I was satisfied with everything. Although now I've been calling them for 2 weeks, literally several times per day, staying on the line for 15 min, but nobody answers the phone. I need to speak with a person first this is why I insist the phone call, but it is impossible to get in touch with them. Disappointing service....
I was there twice - both times person doing laser depilation was 30-40 minutes late (I was first patient - she was late to arrive in the location). Once visit was cancelled on the day of the visit. The treatment is extremely expensive the comparing to other places, the nurse also lied to me she informed me about change of the visit hour
Brilliant, caring doctors. The receptionists are lovely. I have been coming here for several years and I also take my children for check ups. It's a bit hard to get an appointment at short notice, but it is understandable, as they are really good and in high demand.
Great experience having a chirurgical intervention with dr Vervloet! Furthermore, dr Reinshagen was very helpful in answering my concerns. Lastly the receptionist, although being super busy with the phone ringing non stop, was very welcoming and helpful. An overall nice experience!
