I called to schedule an appointment to check my 15-year-old son's spots. They simply turned me away because I wasn't a patient myself. I find this outrageous. Why should I be a patient if I don't have any skin problems myself? I requested an appointment that was available in my calendar for January 2026. It's incomprehensible.
I've been seeing this dermatologist for several years and I'm extremely satisfied with her care. She's very meticulous, professional, and always attentive. Thanks to her, I've seen real progress and I finally feel well taken care of. It's rare to find such a competent and compassionate specialist. I recommend her without hesitation!
Very good dermatologist. Have been going here for years for annual check-ups, but also for more complex issues such as skin problems. Always very calm and quiet, takes the time for examination and explanation. Regarding the reviews below about not accepting new clients: that is the full right of medical professionals to continue to guarantee the service to existing clients. A pity, but it is also the case with many other medical professions these days.
I don't quite understand, I called to make an appointment and they told me I couldn't because I'm a new patient? They didn't explain why?
Very good dermatologist, I've been going there for years. Punctual, reassuring, and attentive. I've read some negative comments saying she's no longer accepting new patients, but it's for good reason: she continues to provide quality service and reasonable appointment times.
