The. front desk staff was very courteous . It was my first visit with them and was lucky to secure an appointment by a dermatologist in the next few days, while I am used to wait for weeks back home. The bright facility , thanks to lots of natural lights, offers a very calming atmosphere. The doctor who saw me was very gentle with the needles, and helped me to make decisions with the skin problems I am facing. Overall a very pleasant experience.
The place is really nice and clean ant the team of doctors and receptionists are very professional. The only thing is that sometimes one of the receptionists doesn-t understand that you really need to see the doctor and she insists on the type of appointment you want to have and unless you tell her, she doesnt give you an appointment. I understand that they have different timing for the different procedures, but sometimes it can be urgent for the patient to talk to the doctor, no matter if they only have appointments allocated for a laser procedure and no more appointments are available for follow-ups. So one has to be a bit understanding, go around the rules and make an appointment so that the patient sees the doctor and solves their issue and this has to be on a case by case situation. But for the rest, all is ok and I highly recommend their practice and the doctors.
I have attended appointments with two specialists - Alexandru and Monica, regarding hypertrophic scar injections and CO2 laser mole removal. I am very satisfied with the results. I have always been treated with utmost care and professionalism. The staff at reception are always very friendly as well. The center is neat, clean and very welcoming.
My appointment was scheduled 20 minutes earlier than planned, and the doctor seemed to be in a rush to leave. As a result, I didn’t get much advice regarding my issues—just a prescription for medication. I was hoping for more information about my skin type, recommendations for products, or guidance on a skincare and haircare routine. I really wish the appointment had been more thorough, and that the doctor had more time to address my concerns.
I visited the clinic for an emergency case after the ER at one of the hospitals failed to provide adequate support and left me feeling panicked. Dermatologist Nora Bueshi is a great example of how a professional and ethical doctor should be. She listens carefully to her patients, helps you feel at ease if you're concerned about your condition, and provides clear explanations. She is also a very kind person—calm, professional, and pleasant to talk to. The environment in the clinic is calm and relaxing.
