Sophrology was recommended to us to help our teenager manage some of his ADHD symptoms. As an athlete, he also experienced stress performing in public during matches. We therefore opted for a sports sophrologist and were fortunate enough to meet Flavio. From the very first session, our son felt an immediate sense of well-being, and after several months of applying the breathing, relaxation, and positive visualization techniques taught by Flavio, he tells us he has gained a great deal of confidence and self-control. As a competitive athlete, I recently had the pleasure of doing sophrology and mental imagery sessions with Flavio.
