One of the worst organized clinics of Brussels. On the phone I was told another name of the doctor I will have an appointment with, so I was waiting in front of the wrong door. Then another doctor helped me to find the correct doctor. I've registered through their central system, but since they didn't tell the correct doctor that I was there he didn't take me any more, although I was only five minutes after the appointment in front of the right door. I recommend to be there at least ten minutes in advance to find the right doctor, since there seems to be a lot of changes within the center, don't be irritated if they are unfriendly even if it is your first time there and you don't understand their system and don't be shy to knock on the doctor's door to verify he/she knows you are there, because you cannot trust on the central administration.
I had an incredibly positive experience with Dr. Jacques Jani during my recent baby scan. He was not only kind and compassionate but also extremely thorough and attentive to every detail throughout the process. I really appreciate the time he took to explain everything clearly. I left the appointment feeling informed, reassured, and grateful to have been in such capable hands. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for exceptional prenatal care!
I went to the "Brussels Menopause Clinic" hoping for modern treatments, but Dr. Nahima Ben Ayata's knowledge of perimenopause was outdated, a common complaint about doctors by women in their 40s going through perimenopause. My symptoms were largely dismissed because I am not in full menopause. I expect this from GPs but not from a clinic with menopause in its name. Menopause Clinics should offer updated knowledge and support for all phases of menopause, including perimenopause.
even though i had a good experience with the generalist doctor and the dentist, i had 2 bad experiences : - first there was an arrogant woman at the reception , when i told her i wanted to see a gynechologist because i want to have some advices on fibroid operation, she told me she does not know what it is and and ask around at loud (no privacy) and no body knew what was a fibroid, and of course she sent to the wrong gynechologist - the gynechologist was there to cash in, seeing him 70Euro and a dodgy scan another 70Euro and to tell me at the end i should see another gynechologist , no empathy even when i come in, he had not changed the bed paper shit and asking to lay down on it, i was hesitant and that was when he changed it and when i lay down the paper bed shit broke and i wanted to stand up and he was telling me never mind and me with my germ phobia i refused to stay on it until i fixed it again -
