I have immense respect and deep gratitude for Dr. Yasmine Buckens-Khemiri. A cardiologist of remarkable professionalism, she is attentive, precise in her explanations, and possesses great medical rigor. She takes the necessary time, analyzes thoroughly, and immediately inspires confidence. One feels cared for with competence and compassion—and in cardiology, this is essential. I've read some negative reviews that seem to confuse the state of the office with the quality of the diagnosis… Let's be serious: we consult a cardiologist for their expertise, not for the decor. An office can be outdated, but this has absolutely no impact on the accuracy of an electrocardiogram or the relevance of medical follow-up. What matters is competence, experience, and the quality of care. And on these points, Dr. Buckens-Khemiri is impeccable. I recommend her without the slightest hesitation.
Hello When I see the bad comments about Dr. Buckens, it's shameful!! Be happy to get an appointment very quickly! It's not the place where you're received that counts, but the service!! I was very well received by Dr. Buckens; she did everything necessary for me, nothing to complain about except to silence all these naysayers. For me, she was dedicated and did what was needed quickly. Those who aren't happy should make an appointment with a cardiologist where you'll wait 8 months for an appointment!! Before, I was with Dr. Mundere in Fourmies; she, on the other hand, had no follow-up, no results, may she rest in peace. As for the receptionist, she was very friendly and smiling.
Hello I'm posting this review to express my dissatisfaction. Since September 2025, I'm still waiting for a call back regarding the follow-up tests that Dr. Buckens ordered. I've sent emails, called several times, and even gone to the office in person, but that day I was told he didn't have time. The receptionist said he would call me back, but to this day, I'm still waiting. I think it would be better to respond to patients than to waste your time replying to reviews. Your time is so precious, and so is mine.
Still waiting for my results. It's been almost a month. No one answers the phone... However, the check has been cashed. Please send me my results. Considering the comments below, it's unacceptable to cash the check and then remain silent. I'm waiting for the results; it's about my health, Madam. Please do what's necessary. You're asking me to check on Doctolib when you know there's nothing there since you're the one who uploads the documents. Awaiting the results. Furthermore, even though I was reimbursed for the fees, that doesn't explain why I haven't received the results.
Dr. Buckens is a very attentive and competent doctor. I received my ultrasound and consultation report within the hour. She orders tests to look for problems that others wouldn't.
