I was Dr. Faiseaux's patient in 2022. I contacted him to ask if he would take me on as a patient because I thought I had pericarditis. I'd already had it several times, so I knew the early signs. It was Christmas time. He categorically refused, with his legendary coldness. So I looked for a real cardiologist and was lucky enough to find Dr. Carlier, who confirmed the pericarditis. I had already started treatment. I also saw a cardiologist who saw absolutely nothing wrong with another case of pericarditis, and thankfully she had the presence of mind to send me to a radiologist on the floor below, who confirmed the pericarditis. It's really scary 🙄
A very competent doctor. He certainly doesn't mince words, he doesn't sugarcoat his patients' emotional states, but he knows his job very well, he knows what he's doing, he listens to what people tell him, perhaps in a way that might seem cold or aloof, but I think this doctor is very, very competent.
Very unpleasant, doesn't take the time to explain to the patient, looks down on people, got pissed off because I asked to have the bill sent to my home. I strongly advise you to make an appointment with Dr. Leroy who really puts the patient at ease, explains things very well, etc.
Hello, I wanted to share with you what happened to me: I live in the Mons region. Since I didn't have a cardiologist appointment quickly enough in my area, I took the initiative to make an appointment in Charleroi. Of course, I had an appointment with Dr. Stéphane Fasseaux. I arrived early. The doctor opened the door, and before sitting down and he began his health assessment, I told him I had a bank card problem. In fact, the day before, I had received my new bank card, which didn't work, so I had €40 in my wallet. I could have paid him for the Qcode consultation, but when I saw the look on his face and his reaction, it was icy cold! The doctor told me: "No need to sit down, you'll get up and leave. Have a nice day, Madam!" "Something to think about!"
Despite being a regular patient of Dr. Fasseaux, my wife experienced his dissatisfaction because she was treated in the emergency room at a hospital not belonging to the GHDC (Groupement Hospitalier de la Côte Sud). He didn't even bother to read the cardiologist's report from the emergency room visit; we had to repeat the prescribed treatment three times, even though it was clearly stated in the report. He showed no empathy, was pedantic, and condescending.
