Better than any doctor, Dr. Brucer, whom I've been seeing for over 20 years. You can trust them completely. I left Belgium, but I go back twice a year for checkups. Ben Brucer is also a very good cosmetic surgeon.
I've never experienced such rude and cold communication in a medical setting. Results were communicated via a sloppy, distant email without any form of greeting or empathy. When I responded politely, I received another cold response, without an apology. A very disappointing experience.
I highly recommend this practice! We had to undergo IVF due to multiple ectopic pregnancies. The gynecologists listened to our needs individually. They offered help and solutions and were very friendly, striving for the best possible care! They even emailed you at night! This is truly top-notch service. Even though these people have families of their own, they are there for you day in and day out! We received help immediately, and they understood that we no longer dared to try to conceive naturally. On January 30, 2025, thanks to their fantastic medical team and their incredible knowledge of the world of IVF, we had a beautiful daughter. This is the most wonderful gift these gynecologists could have given us! We are speechless and incredibly grateful to the entire team for this. There's no shame in not being able to conceive naturally. We've met expectant parents who, like us, were going through a full IVF process. It was amazing to see how many people are going through the same thing we were. We suddenly felt less alone. I don't recommend 100%, but 200%. There aren't enough stars for that. I used to go there for a blood test and also had to go for an ECG and a cycling test, but I couldn't because it was way too hot there, unhealthy.
