Ridiculous! So, apparently I had an infection... And he didn't prescribe any medication 😅 Not good communication. He said " I didn't have endometriosis" , but I didn't ask about it 😅😅😅 When the examination ended I mentioned that I have been given 2 different diagnosis in 10 years from different doctors. But, he seemed absolutely indifferent to discuss it. Unfortunately I read too late a post about him being disgusted when visiting you. Yeah, I'm also a non white woman, perhaps he has mental problems with his racism. I have been suffering from other non gynecological issues so I left his consultation thinking on my other problems, but my mutuelle gave me some problems for the refund so I had to contact this doctor later on, I reached out a few times. 🙄🙄🙄🙄 He seemed too busy to fix his admin error. It was this issue that made me Google him and find out that I am not the only one receiving a terrible service.

I went for a consultation with Dr. Van Gossum at the Saint-Jean Clinic. I was a bit late because I got lost in the clinic; it was quite large, and it was my first time. Before I even entered his office, he was already irritated, even though I had apologized. He also completely ignored my explanation and kept repeating the same things over and over again, refusing to hear my perspective even when I insisted. I was in and out in five minutes, which is unusual for my condition. The doctor made me feel like I was a burden and that I had wasted his time for nothing. He wanted to get it over with quickly and completely ignored my concerns.
Dr. Van Gossum was completely unresponsive to the patient. He also assured me that I could take my biphasic pill by skipping days and that it would have no impact, whereas skipping days can actually reduce the contraceptive effect of the pill.
I went to the doctor for a gynecological emergency. He quickly detected my condition. A very professional and competent doctor, he made me feel very comfortable. He listens very well and gives excellent advice.
