Worst experience that you can get in the Emergency and unfortunately this is not just a one time opinion. Yesterday i was there with my 3 year old who had an accident at school and posibly had his fingers broken. He was crying and yelling from pain in the triage room for more than one hour and no one bothered to offer him at least a pain killer, while several nurses or doctors were passing by they were just looking at him but no one asked if they could help anyhow. Felt like the most inhumane experience and never going back again. If you live în Asse and think it’s the closest hospital, you will anyway spend several hours in the waiting room so use the time wisely and go to another hospital, especially with children.
Disappointing Very Bad experience, since the name changed all stuff gone mad,two days in a row had appointment and the appointment was not in the system, with my ruptured disc its very painful to move. unprofessional stuff must Go. They must to be educated to say at least sory.
For an emergency service they were very slow. We already did all the procedure we could've done before going to their EMS and yet my 6 yo son still have to wait at least 3 hrs before a Resident Dr. can see him. When my husband complained and the nurse provide their excuse rudely of there's not enough Dr. on site. They let us wait again for another 45mins then a pediatrician examine my son. If in the very beginning they warned us we would wait so long we could've understood them. Observing their EMS, it's not as busy as the Erasmus hospital, at least at erasmus they warn the patients that waiting for the Dr. is very long. According to this hospital'sr risk assessment chart posted inside the nurse's station, my son's waiting time is only 45 mins, 1hr max.and yet we waited more than expected. The pediatrician (Consultant) was very sympathetic though, unlike the nurses.
