I am trying to make an appointment, but it is imposible. Nobody answers the phone, it is 5:45pm (15 minutes before closing) and they have decided to not pick up the phone and put music. I work full time, so I cannot call before, not very nice of them!
I had a simple echography to do. I was sent by my general practitioner. I made an appointment over the phone explaining what I need and asked if they are affiliated with my health fund (CM). They confirmed I would only have to co-pay my part as long as I have the services form request from my GP (which I had and also used when visiting the location). I went there, people were very nice, all was OK. Then after a few weeks I received the bill. It turns out they made my appointment with a doctor that is not contracted on Fridays, but it is on other days. Lucky me! This means I had to pay for a supplement because I "asked" for services that are not covered by RIZIV (the state health scheme, or should I say scam maybe). This is just shameful and fully justifies one tiny star from my part. Update: They responded after a few weeks and refunded me the difference. Make sure you always check the details on your bills though, and don't be afraid to ask questions.
I came for mamogaraphy everything else was great exept the lady at the reception she said her name (ARIAN). She was very rude and yelling at me for no reason.
I saw someone also posted the same thing. My GP sent my blood to this place to test, (and I didn't know which hospital she sent my blood to), and this hospital was a total cheater. I never received the regular paper bill from them for a long time, and one day I directly receive a letter from the collection company. I called the hospital and sent the emails to them, but they didn't want to help at all. Finally, the agent of the collection company threatened me to pay almost 300euro, and the original bill was around 2 euro.... Warning: Avoid this hospital and tell you doctor too!
Good service for PCR tests. I had to wait only 10 minutes in line, and received my test results 3 hours later. I had some difficulty finding the test location, because the navigation signs are insufficient.
