Very good doctors (already seen the dermatologist and gastroenterologist). The 1 star rating is for the receptionist and the handling of phone calls and emails. Unfortunately, there's no follow-up through the receptionist, which is only open two days a week. And don't bother sending emails; the receptionist doesn't respond either... It's a shame, because the first point of contact at a medical office is the receptionist. A warm welcome makes you want to come back, which isn't the case here. Perhaps the way things work should be reviewed. Seeing a doctor but not being able to get in touch with them for a question is just not possible...
