Not very helpful. The dentist even didn’t know what to advice. We went there especially to seek advice but she was acting as she doesn’t know anything. She had us for 2 minutes and didnt do anything and charged 30 Eur for this! Even if we will get those 30 Eur back, was this fee even justified? Shameful! I only went to ask if my son needs beaces, are they recommended seeing his teeth position right now and she said nothing and kept saying you have to decide yourself and come back. I can’t advice! I know we have to decide, it’s obvious but as a dentist, you are really not able to advice something? Otherwise why do you think we came to you? I wasted almost one and a half hour and my son had to skip his last lesson for hearing from her that she is not able to advice anything? Let alone the 30 Eur for 2 minutes of her saying she can’t advice anything. Sorry but we are not returning back nor advising your clinic to anyone else.
I have been visiting Dr. Katia for almost a decade now. It has always been impeccable service with a Smile :). She & her team have always been accomodating changes in agenda as I have had last minute travel needs. I am much obliged to Dr. Katia .. whose patience, professionalism & knowledge has transformed our daughter's smiles . Thank YOU.
Great friendly service from all the team in 2021; Katia, Anna, Charini and Tania. Personally not a fan of the dentist chair but this team go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and offer wonderful service. Charini for her English and great cleaning prior to whitening, Anna for her perseverance and dedication with a problematic implant and Katia for her excellent and patient service to our children with their braces. Highly recommended based on years of experience. Thankyou.
