Very very bad experience . The doctor treated my cavity and did the filling but filling was not quite right so I told her then but she said it’s because of anesthesia and I can come any time after it wears off but I am not even able to chew because of bad filling and when I called they said they can give me appointment only in next week. It’s their fault but I have to suffer for a week. Totally don’t recommend them.
I had an appointment scheduled for 12:15 to treat a cavity. On the morning of the appointment, I received a voicemail from the secretary confirming my visit at 15:15. Naturally, I assumed the original time had been adjusted. I attempted to call the office 5 times to clarify, waiting on the line for over 10 minutes each time without anyone answering. When I arrived at 15:15, I was told I had missed my appointment, which was still scheduled at 12:15. I played the voicemail to show the mix-up, and while the secretary acknowledged the error, I was offered a new appointment 10 days later, just for a checkup?? Unfortunately, I found this situation quite frustrating. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of follow-up and the delayed resolution were disappointing.
My daughter had teeth overcrowding issue. We were initially quite skeptical about the procedure and whether it would work. However, Dr. Jeroen’s approach completely reassured us. He took the time to explain all possible outcomes in detail, creating confidence in the process right from the start. Throughout every visit, Dr. Jeroen was incredibly patient, explaining each step of the procedure with clarity and care. His empathy and understanding toward his patients are truly exceptional, especially when working with children. We are beyond happy with the results and cannot thank him enough for his dedication and outstanding work. His professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail are unmatched. Highly recommend Dr. Jeroen to anyone seeking exceptional dental care!
Best dentist I have been to in my life. First, they all speak Flemish, which is important to me. Second, they work with very modern equipment you can even watch Netflix when you're laying in the chair. Third, the customer service is very efficient if you call they answer very quickly and it's super easy to adjust an appointment. Fourth, dentist Charlot is just an angel, she explains everything so well and so that it's easy to understand. She works efficiently, she's funny, friendly, and keeps a good balance between a small personal chit-chat and professional talk. I came here three times in the same month and it's been great. Thank you so much! Yes, it's expensive, but you get so much in return. So great to be able to go to the dentist and just knowing they'll take such good care of you.
I have tried many dentists in Brussels, and this is hands-down the best I have ever been to. First, they can accommodate you perfectly in all languages. Second, the office uses cutting-edge technology and equipment and is overall completely clean. Third, and most importantly, the dentists are all utter professionals and they know exactly what they are doing. I have had to visit this office many times in the past months with some (urgent) dental problems and I have been reassured and assisted flawlessly each time. The problems have all been solved and I could not be more happy with the service. A special shout-out to Charlotte, who is extremely competent and yet strikes a perfect balance between being thorough and making you feel as comfortable as possible. If all dentists were like this, people would not be postponing their appointments anymore. 5 stars without any doubts.
