Today my wife received a message from Dentius: "Dear Sir/Madam, Unfortunately, your appointment on October 15, 2025, cannot go ahead and we cannot offer you a new appointment here." So glad to hear! As a whole family, we could easily find a new dentist, even though we thought we would experience continuity at Dentius! Since the dental hygienist left, I would give 0 stars if I could!
My appointment for October 13, 2025, was also canceled. I was told the practice was closing.

Bad experience with secretary Marleen. As a patient of your practice, I am writing this email to express my dissatisfaction with your phone accessibility and the service provided. I have repeatedly tried to contact your practice by phone recently. Unfortunately, I have experienced the following problems: Unavailability: The phone is frequently not answered, even during the stated opening hours. Call disconnection: In the cases where I did reach someone, the call was disconnected prematurely by secretary Marleen. Unhelpfulness: When I asked questions, I did not receive clear answers and was not helped. This situation is very frustrating and unacceptable. As a patient, I have the right to be helped in a respectful and efficient manner.
I've been coming to this practice monthly for two years now. I've never been allowed in at my appointment time. Initially, the wait was fifteen minutes, but lately, I've been able to enjoy waiting times of at least 30 minutes to an hour. I've asked several times if they could possibly notify me, but I never get a response. Otherwise, they're good at their work.
