This dentist practice used to be good, but not at all anymore! I don't know from where to start...! At some point the people working there changed and this was the point that the practice started offering very bad services. I used to go regularly. After the change, when I booked an appointment for my annual dental cleaning it gave me a very bad impression the fact that the dentist worked on that for literally only 10 minutes and of course at the end I could easily see that my teeth were not properly cleaned! Despite that I decided to give them a chance and when at some point I had an inflammation, I went again there. This is where it becomes really bad! After examination and x-ray the dentist told me that I should remove my tooth and put an implant as there is no way to save this tooth! Of course this was sad to hear, but I said since there is no other way, let's plan the extraction. She said that not all doctors can do an extraction so she had to put me on a waiting list to which I agreed. After 2 full months without hearing back from them I decided that I waited more than enough. I called them and only then, they informed me that after all I will have to go to the hospital, because they cannot help with the extraction anymore. I was already furious, since they should have informed me earlier and not leaving me waiting forever, till the point that I communicated with them and not the other way around. Anyway...I managed to go to a different practice, since the hospital had a huge waiting time. From this new practice they requested to see the x-ray taken. I communicated with confidenti to ask them to send this via mail to the new practice and they said ok. Four days after this comminication, when I had my appointment,, the new practice had received nothing from them! Very professional once again! The moment you think that things cannot go worse...well it was even worse! A new x-ray was taken and next to that also a 3D-scan, as this new practice was much better equipped. I was veryblucky I ended up there, because the endodontist that saw this scan said that we can save the tooth!!! I still can't believe that these people apart from all the rest, they wanted to pull out my tooth, for no reason! This is almost a crime! I hope that after this review, people will think twice before going to confidenti! Do not trust them!
After waiting for an hour I was I was sent home for supposedly not being on time for my appointment. The fact is I arrived 15min early. Due to the corona restrictions however there is no reception and everybody is expected to wait in a 1m x 2m hallway until called upon. At the time of my arrival and the time of my appointment the hallway was already filled with 3 other waiting individuals. To respect the 1,5m rule, my health and that of the others in the hallway I stood outside in front of the door until space freed up inside. After waiting an hour Confidenti finally approached me only to, rather rudely, tell me I had missed my appointment and should come back another time. I have not eaten in a week due to severe pain and yet all they cared about was the fact that I was standing outside. If you have no reception, how am I supposed to make my presence known? Please do not pack you patients in a tiny hallway like 'sardines in a can' during these troubling times of Corona. Please own up to your mistakes instead of insisting I was at fault. The fact is I was on time and respecting the corona restrictions. Gas-lighting customers is unacceptable.
I have been to the Confidenti for one year and then stopped. Since I have mixed feelings about this place. On one hand they are friendly if there are no questions/disputes. On the other hand, if questions pop up, it's hard to believe how fast they change their faces. Some of the aspects that I'm not satisfied are: 1) long waiting time (could be 0.5 hr to 1 hr and during Corona you are not even allowed to wait inside so you wait at the entrance which is ~2 sqm with literal 0 ventilation). They will not apologize for the long waiting time. But if you are late for 5 - 10 mins for the appointment and they happen to have time during that slot, they will keep nagging you being late. This is unfair. 2) Not very smooth communication since the dentist that is assigned to me do not speak too much English. There were cases for me where a nurse needs to come into the room just to be the translator. Not very convenient. 3) After the treatment, if you are concerned of the treatment (e.g., change of the color of the tooth) and would like them to do a quick followup check, you need to make an appointment, wait for 2 more months and pay for the consultation. So to them, your treatment is a one time deal. It's done if it's done. There's no such thing as follow-up consultation. That sounds to me very greedy.
Doctor Evelyne is really friendly, patient and professional. The price for one appointment is also quite reasonable. She checked my teeth with great patience and gave me many useful information about the treatment. Also the hygiene measures in the hospital are quite strict. Super clean environment! Heartly recommendation😛
Search for a better dentist. After first visit where my tooth was treated for cavity, I was in so much pain I had to return the next day. They treated my canals, and after a month I've gotten an infection and the tooth is cracked. Horrible treatment.
