Very disappointed with them, I had been going there 5 times in the past 6 month, at some point on Thursday I started to have tooth pain, called them, the person from reception was not helpful at all, said they do not have any availability on the same or the next day, not even emergency slots. Then I call on the next day at 13h to try again, another person tells me I should have called at 8:30 the same day because their emergency slot is at 13:30. I explain it might be related to the fillings some weeks ago, nothing to do.. she even reminds me I was 10 min late for my last appointment (for which I had apologized and offer to pay, they refused). Besides the dentists seem fine but almost every time I had a different dentist and they had to cancel several times due to sickness or absence of dentists. Once they cancelled and gave the next slot 2 months later. Anyway I would not recommend due to unavailability mostly and not being helpful.
Visited today with my son, were able to make an appointment quickly, the doctor was very pleasant, explained everything clearly to my son and us. Will subscribe all family here!
They never take new patients! Even if you are willing to be on the waiting list!
Love the experience! very professional, very detailed and helpful. Really focused on helping patient and not making additional money.
They now charge supplements on top of the statutory fees. Since this wasn't the case in the past, prior communication about this would have been welcome. Note: if you come for an annual check-up, you must add the displayed DPSI price to the annual check-up price (total of €125 instead of €90). And since supplements are not reimbursed by health insurance, the co-payment for a check-up (+DPSI) increases from €7.50 to €35. Therefore, I don't consider transparency as important as credibility. Time to look for a different practice. PS: Of course, my review does apply to Dentius Dental Practice Leuven (H. Van Sannen Group Practice), despite the insinuations about the practice below.
