We've been going to this dental practice for years and are very satisfied! The dentists, assistants, and dental hygienists all deserve a compliment. They always give us a friendly welcome, and the treatments are carried out very professionally, with the patient's well-being in mind. Last year, I did have a negative experience with a rude dentist from this practice, who thankfully no longer works there. Problem solved 😃, so I'm happy to give this review a 5/5!
I've been a patient at Dentius for a long time. We go there with the whole family. I recently had a severe toothache and called. I was allowed to go the same day, and the dentist worked on the tooth for a full hour, very professionally, hoping to save it and avoid having to devitalize it. There's a long wait, and since I was a bit hesitant about a temporary filling, I was able to get my permanent filling done quickly with Head Dentist Arnaud. We are very satisfied with the team and highly recommend them!
In the past, I received excellent assistance with the placement and wearing of braces. Unfortunately, I'm currently experiencing a problem, and there's no way to get an appointment. No one answers the phone at all. At the initial appointment, you can choose between existing and new customers. As an existing customer, you hear a hold song that tells you they'll help you further. Unfortunately, after waiting five minutes, they simply say they can't help you at this time and hang up. I called several times, always the same song, and even left a message asking for a call back, but nothing—zero, nada, zero, nothing. This is quite impressive in terms of customer service. I hope I can still get in, because I've noticed they respond faster to negative reviews than to phone calls.
Irresponsible and disrespectful behavior at Dentius Herzele! I had an appointment with one of the dentists this morning. The dentist in question coughed his lungs out throughout the entire appointment and even claimed to have a fever. Yet, he continued to see patients. I find this completely irresponsible. Where is the respect for the patient's health? What if I get sick—or worse, what if I infect vulnerable people in my work? This demonstrates pure self-interest: continuing to work to make a quick buck while endangering others. I've never experienced anything like this in a healthcare practice. It's very unfortunate and disturbing that this can happen so easily.
